The traditional way Italian Sausage is made and our most popular product. Each link is approximately 3.5 to 4.5 ounces . Perfect for your favorite Italian hard roll with peppers and onions or add them to your homemade sauce and look out for a taste explosion. Patties
Our Hot Italian sausage made into 8” patties that are easily cut into a 4” portion for a smaller bun. Each 8” patty is approximately 5.5 to 6.5 ounces and cook up great on a grill or frying pan. Unbelievable with your favorite cheese, peppers and onions. These are made Hot but with a minimum order of 10lbs can be made into any of our flavors.
Loose/Bulk
As simple as it gets, our fresh Italian sausage right from the grinder. Great for making your own patties or adding to ground beef for an added boast to your meatballs or meatloaf. Perfect for stuffing your garden fresh peppers as well. Available in any of our 5 flavors.
